Letzschool Benefits & Overview

Letzschool Management is Multi-Branching education ERP System. This application will help the organization that has many Branch Schools and a SuperAdmin can control all the branches and staff. Each branch will be controlled by Admin. Information about different branches, cannot be viewed or modified by other branch users. All information will be separate and secure. It is effective and helpful for both types of schools, polytechnics and universities. There are language translation systems, Any user can change language and sessions and see all the systems in different languages and sessions record. Multiple branch systems will save your time and money, just one solution.

Letszchool ERP system provides the role of 7 users - Superadmin, Admin, Teacher, Accountant, Librarian, Student and their Parent.

Admin Panel

Login to the Admin account.

After successful login you will see the Admin Dashboard. You will find all the features of the Navigational overview on the screen.

Admin panel has 16 modules included -


Inventory

  1. Category: Add category of product. Please make sure add product's category before add product.

  2. Unit: Add unit of product. Please make sure to add product's unit before add product.

  3. Product: Add new product

  4. Store: Add store to place the stock of products. Please make sure to setup atleast 1 store before setup the purchase record.

  5. Supplier: Add store to place the stock of products

  6. Purchase: Add purchase record. Please make sure to insert the exact amount of quantity to avoid miss calculation

  7. Sales: Add sales record.

  8. Issue: Add order record from staff/parent/student.

Custom Domain

  1. Two type of custom domain: Domain and subdomain. Please choose based on your requirement and follow the instruction in the dashbaord how to change the Nameserver.

  2. The web will be available on your domain after get approval by Letzschool Admin

Frontend (Website)

Setting

- This is a main setting for the frontend or website homepage like changging the name of web, logo, email, color appearance, and other details

Academic

  1. Add Section: For adding sections go to Academic > Class & Section > Control Classes click tab right side 'Section' and fill up form and click save button.

  2. Add Class :
    • For adding class go to Academic > Class & Section > Control Classes click tab right side 'Class' and fill up form and click save button.
    • You can set up multiple Section. (Example : For Class 1 can choose for Section A, Section B & Section C)

  3. Assign Class Teacher :
    • Login as Admin.
    • For adding class go to Academic > Class & Section > Assign Class Teacher select Class and Section then select Class Teacher and click on Save button.
    • You must first add teachers to add Class Teacher.

Admission:

  1. Student Category
    • For Student Addmission First we will add Student Category then take Student Admission then search Students List.
    • Go to Admission > Category Add all student categories here. Student categories can be caste, community or group wise.

  2. Student Addmission
    • Login as Admin / Teacher.
    • For Student Addmission Go to Admission > Create Admission and fill form...
    • 01. Academic Details- (Academic Year, Register No, Roll, Admission Date, Class, Section, Category)
    • 02. Student Details - First Name, Last Name, Blood group, Gender, Date Of Birth and etc..(This * symbol means value is required).
    • 03. Login Details - Login email and Login password
    • 04. Guardian Details - Parent information already available check on "Guardian Already Exist" and select "Guardian" in list, otherwise fillup Guardian information.
    • 05. Transport Details - You can select student Transportation routes and Vehicles no, otherwise skip this.
    • 06. Hostel Details - You can select student Hostel and Room, otherwise skip this.
    • 07. Previous School Details - The details of the previous school are not mandatory.

  3. Multiple Import :
    • Login as Admin
    • For Student Addmission Go to Admission > Multiple Import
    • Follow the instructions inside the page. Multiple students have been successfully added and will get a notification of information on the student list completely.

Student Details
  1. Student List
    • It maintain Student List, ID Card Denerate and Login Deactivate.
    • Go to Student Details > Student List inside page has Student list click and open the selecting field as like Branch, Class, Section and press search button.

Parents

  1. Parent List.

    • Add parent details
    • Register account for parents

  3. Login Deactivate:
    • Deactivate account for inactive parent

Add Employee :
  • Login as Admin.
  • Superadmin and Admin can create, edit and delete employee.
  • Designation and Department for Employees to be added will be must required.
  • For adding employee Go to Employee > Add Employee And fill up all information and click Save button.

#Fees
- Fee Types Setup: Admin can setup type of fees, eg: January Fee, February Fee, Anually Fee, Registration Fee, etc

- Fees Group Setup: After setup types of fee, admin can grouping these fee into grouping, eg: Monthly Fee (January, February, etc), Annually Fee, and so on.

- Fine Setup: Admin can setup fine for any late payment after deadline by percent (%) or fix amount, and can set the fine frequency by daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.

- Fee Allocation: Here where admin can allocate or assign any fee to the student by choosing the fee grouping and, can be assigned to the student individually or bulk.

- Fee Pay/Invoice: Show the list of invoice and status of payment

- Due Fees Invoice: Show the list of outstanding fees by the student

- Fee Reminder: Give a reminder to the targetted student/parent that has outstanding payment. This feature only available by using SMS Gateway (need to purchase SMS Gateway based on platforms in the SMS setting).
